Synopsis
Ray Winstone plays Frank Horner, a solicitor based in a small town in Wiltshire, England.
His daughter Helen is leaving home for the first time to go to university and move in with her boyfriend. Frank has to come to terms with parting from his ‘princess’, whom he has smothered with love for over 20 years. How does he cope when something unexpected happens to her?
Frank has to search for the answers, which brings him into contact with the murky world of Helen's dark side.
A story of the unconditional love a father has for his daughter…
Update
The initial script for ‘FoG’ included a voice over from the main character played by Ray Winstone.
This was not in the versions shown at BAFTA and
Galway due to Ray’s work schedule;
this and a new edit is now done and the film is finalised.
Negotiations with distributors are underway and an agreement for a theatrical release is anticipated soon, “God willing and with a fair wind”.
